Group bio

We are an all female group (though we don’t mind if a few males join us!), ranging from late 20s to early 30s. We meet at the church, giving us the chance to spend time in adoration with Jesus. Although our lives are busy, we like the opportunity to come together, encourage one another, and keep up the Lord’s work.

Kelsey

My name is Kelsey McDonald, I am a convert to Catholicism. I entered the church in 2010 and it is best decision I have ever made! Nothing makes more sense to me than the Faith of the Catholic Church and therefore I want to immerse myself in it and learn more about it every day. Adoration and the Eucharist are my favorite. I also love praying the Rosary–you can never have too many Rosaries, right?!

My upbringing began in Kokomo, IN, at the age of two (I was born in Wisconsin, surprise!), and after a four-year stint in Texas, my family moved to Carmel in 2008. I graduated from Valparaiso University with a degree in English and a minor in music. I now work as a communications director, previously as an administrative assistant. I love reading, eating, and embarking on traveling adventures. (Ask me about my many “I got lost” solo European experiences sometime 😉 ) I’m excited to continue sharing and growing in my faith with these incredible young adults!
